Craig has over 16 years experience in the Construction Industry, and spent 10 years as Project Manager for several developers in South East Queensland. Experienced in all facets of Project Management, Craig has developed strong relationships with many of the large Consulting firms in South East Queensland. Responsible for managing each Project from inception, Craig works closely with the Client to establish project goals and manages the project through to completion in order to meet Quality, Time, and Budget Objectives.

Salam Bettridge – B.App.Sc (QS)

Salam has over 13 years experience in the Construction Industry. Specialising in Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration, Salam works closely with our Contract Administrators and site teams to ensure all policies and procedures are followed to ensure the clients projects are delivered on time, to project budgets and to the highest level of quality and safety. Through his many years of experience and large array of building contacts, Salam also works closely with PPS’s Construction Managers in overseeing the various construction supervisors to deliver an efficient result on each project during construction and manages the relationships with each client to deliver a product to the expectations of all parties.

Adam McGuffie
Development and Design Manager

Adam has 21 years construction industry experience involving his own companies in Architectural Design, Site Supervision, Project & Development Coordination and Management. The projects incorporated residential, retirement, multi-unit, high rise, industrial & commercial developments both in Queensland and Victoria. Adam will liaise with clients in a holistic approach, working closely with the Special Projects Team, from Site Acquisition, Design Development, Consultant coordination, Application Process, Construction and final delivery of their Projects.

Peter Warrell - B.App.Sc (CM)
Commercial Construction Manager

As Construction Manager, Peter Warrell is directly responsible for all Commercial Projects from tender phase though to final delivery. Peter has over 13 years experience in the Construction Industry and comes from various roles as Project Manager and Project Engineer for two of the largest Construction companies in Australia. Peter has managed Queensland Government School projects, High-Rise as well as large scale Commercial and Government Projects, and brings a wide range of experience in the fields of Commercial Construction and Project Management.

Jay Hankey
Estimator

Jay has over 6 years experience within the estimating and construction field. Jay has recently worked on a variety of large scale townhouse and residential projects with end values totaling up to $14m each and has successfully co-ordinated numerous high level Engineering and Civil projects. Jay is currently completing a Diploma of Construction Management and has developed strong links with all major Suppliers and Subcontractors in the industry.
