As Director, Peter is primarily responsible for all Commercial Projects from tender phase though to final delivery and will be the primary point of contact for all Clients. Peter has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and comes from various roles as Project Manager and Project Engineer for two of the largest Construction companies in Australia. Peter has managed a wide variety of Educational Facility projects, High-Rise, Medical as well as large scale Commercial and Government Projects, and brings a wide range of experience in the fields of Commercial Construction and Project Management.
Design & Development Manager
Wayne has 35 years construction industry experience involving his own companies in Architectural Design, Site Supervision, Project & Development Coordination and Management. Previous projects incorporated residential, retirement, multi-unit, high rise, industrial & commercial developments Australia wide. Wayne will liaise with clients in a holistic approach, working closely with the Projects Team, from Site Acquisition, Design Development, Consultant coordination, Application Process, Construction and final delivery of their Projects. Wayne has particular, development experience in the residential sector, a recent role being as Project Manager on the final residential development stages at Robina.

Jason has over 10 years experience in the Construction Industry, as a carpenter and graduate in Construction Management. Jason’s experience ranges from residential construction through to large commercial works and mining industrial projects. During Jason’s undergraduate studies he worked with a large international consulting firm delivering successful mining projects. Jason has developed skills in project administration, contracts administrations and quality assurance and integration.

Salam has over 20 years experience in the Construction Industry. Specialising in Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration, Salam works closely with our Contracts Administrators and site teams to ensure all Townhouse and Units projects are delivered on time, to project budgets and to the highest level of quality and safety. Through his many years of experience and large array of building contacts, Salam also works closely with PPS’s Construction Manager in overseeing the various construction supervisors to deliver an efficient result on each project during construction and manages the relationships with each client to deliver a product to the expectations of all parties.
David Felton is an experienced Construction Manager who oversees all PPS Multi- Residential and Commercial projects in relation to quality and program. Prior to PPS, David completed Civil and Construction projects for Tier 1 contractors Thiess, John Holland, Tenix and CMC in Brisbane and Toowoomba. A Qualified builder working and living in in Northern NSW and South east Queensland for 25 years in Commercial and industrial construction David has a wide range of knowledge and skills from tendering through to completion.

Anthony has over 13 years experience in the construction industry within the fields of Architecture and Design, Carpentry & Surveying. He has over 6 years experience working with a large international Architecture and Design firm as a Project Architect involved in Sporting, Health Care, Mining, Mixed Use & Residential projects including budgets up to $40mil. His project involvement spanned from design concept through construction completion. He has a developed skill set including Client liaising, Consultant and Project management. This skill has allowed Anthony a seamless transition into the duties of contract administration.
